I thought you might want to know that the subtitle "Music with Pictures" is not just an editorial description, but the title of the opera (_Das Mädchen mit den Schwefelhölzern: Musik mit Bildern_). That being said, it seemed readymade for a dramaturg like Wilson. It seems to have gotten some rave reviews from the Ruhr natives. Sorry you didn't agree.
