...'Critic Sch...I'm seeing the pitch now...<br />...'Critic School'... <br />in which a lovable eccentric transforms a bunch of inner city school kids from knife toting wannabe gangstas into razor sharp theatre critics in time for the annual Young Critic of the Year contest against their arch rivals, at Jack Tinker High.<br /><br />It will definitely involve a montage of 'the kids' furrowing their brows at laptops to a soft rock soundtrack.<br /><br />And there will be a brilliant climactic scene where our young turk – HAYDS – triumphs in a live 'critic battle' a la 8 Mile. He'll win by performing an impromptu critique of the first German production of Punk Rock (with nudie old folks playing the kids) after which his opponent will dry.<br /><br />Come on Ian and Andrew – fancy making your film debuts?<br /><br />It'll be a SMASHER and we'll all get VERY RICH!!<br /><br />x<br />JDAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
